What kind of printer are you using? In my experience, printer problems with Acrobat or Reader are most likely caused by the printer driver. Try to update your printer driver to the latest version available from the printer manufacturer. Make sure the driver is newer than the release date of the Acrobat or Reader version.

This is a new printer, and all the drivers are updated, when installing i went directly to the site to load the most current. Brother MRC-J435W

Mamia,

Check to see if the setting "Print Colors as Black" is set in the print dialog. In A10 (and R10) and prior - any color ink (even a nice, light, pale, buttercup yellow) would print solid black. Not what most folks were looking for.

In A11 & R11, they changes this to "Print in Grayscale (Black & White)" ... which is what folks were looking for.

Yea, took them 10 versions to correct it... strange thing is that no one complained about the prior setting previously. But when they mentioned it... man, everyone clamored on as this being a major problem..

Take a look. Give it a shot. See what happens.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.
