Why won't my PDF Portfolio open on an iPad?

PDF Portfolios require Flash Player. As this cannot be installed on iOS devices, you will never see Portfolios displayed properly.

What you *should* see is the cover page with a series of attachments.

A lot of features of the PDF format do not work on mobile wireless devices because the chips used to make them do not have the features that the computer cpus for desktop, laptop and netbooks have.

Not all apps are created equal, so you may need to find an app that supports the features you want. or need.

Thanks for your responses. I thought it odd because I have no trouble opening the PDF files that are included in my PDF Portfolio seperately from outside of the Portfolio on my iPad. But, when I try to open the Portfolio itself, it get stuck on a page displaying the message that I need to download Acrobat X or Adobe Reader X or later. But nothing happens when I try clicking on the Get Adobe Reader Now! button.
