I receive pdf-files from Germany and Italy (mostly Order-Confirmations etc.). From both the countries de contence is certainly not in Japanese. But I get the message that a certain font should be installed. When I go along with that, it appears to be An Asian and Extended Language Pack. Any old version of Foxit Reader opens the file correctly, but Adobe Reader always has the same problem. Version 9, 10 and now 11. What can be the matter and how do I solve this?
