You need set the printer to use Cassette 2 by modifying the printers properties using the Acrobat/Reader Print UI and clicking on the "Properties" button next to the printer's name. This is UI for the printer.
Actually, you will have to click on the "Printer" button at the bottom of the print dialog:
You will get a warning dialog when you do that, just click on "Yes" and then use the next dialog to set your printer to pull from the desired paper supply.
