I saved a final draft script to PDF but the PDF file still has a generic title page, how do I get rid of it?

It's not possible to delete pages in Reader. If you generated the file yourself from another application (like Word), you'll need to do it there and then re-create the file.

With Acrobat you can delete a page or selected pages.
The exact method depends upon your version of Acrobat. See the Help within your application for specific instructions.
