I'm using Adobe Reader XI on Windows 8, and the font size of my menus and toolbar suddenly changed to be HUGE. I have no idea how it happened or how to change it back. Can anyone help?

Go to menu Edit -> Preferences, choose General category and try to change "Scale for screen resolution (restart required)" to 100%:
Great answer! I had same problem in Adobe Acrobat Pro and this fixed it.
I have tha problem and the answer does not help. Every time I change to 100% (or other settings), after restart the setting always again is "automatically detected" - and the udser interface font size still is HUGEProblem of the German version????
