I am running Windows 7 and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard and cannot find Adobe Printer to install as an option. How can I fix this?

Acrobat 8 is not supported on Windows 7. It's very likely that this is the reason why you cannot setup the Adobe PDF printer.
