export fdf in Acrobat DC

I found it finally. In the sidebar for the prepare form tool, it is under "More ..." next to the hammer and wrench.

This leads to a new question about both exporting and importing data. When a user clicks on the "Prepare Form" tool it puts the pdf into the "Edit pdf" mode, so that all fields are in edit mode. Although you can import and export data from the edit fields mode, it's awkward to go into edit mode just to export or import data. Granted you can program import/export with a button, but otherwise, isn't there a means in Acrobat Pro DC to import and export data without being in edit mode. That was always possible before DC.

Aha. I found an alternative means to import and export fdf data from a pdf form in Acrobat DC.

While in the document window, right click on the Toolbar, select "Customize Quick Tools," then, under the "Prepare Form" set of tools, select "More Form Options" and add it to the "Tools to show in Toolbar."

With that added to the Toolbar, then from a fielded pdf form you may access "More Form Options" from the additional tools dropdown menu ( ... ) on the Toolbar, where you will find Import Data and Export Data on the "More Form Options" submenu.
