cannot print multiple pages

Hi, I have a problem printing all pages of a PDF document. I print all and only get the first page then it stops printing so I have to select each page and print current page all the way to the end - very time consuming and frustrating. The other problem is its not all the time, the odd time I get a PDF open it will print all pages and actually work - very infrequent! Do I have a bug in my adobe? should I un-install and re-install 7.0 standard and then get all web updates to see if that works - I have the disk and serial number. thanks, Jonathan

What OS? What version of Acrobat 7 Standard. The last version was 7.1.4. What printer? What printer driver?

Thanks Michael, OS is windows 2010, Adobe Acrobat 7.0 standard installed although all available updates have been downloaded as prompted, printer is Kyocera KM - C2525EKX, sorry don't know where to find printer driver. A collegue has installed same Adobe disk and uses same printer and runs same OS and can print all pages everytime

This might be a problem of the emulation of the KX driver for your Kyocera MFP.
I know this from PCL XL and in some circumstances also from KPDL emulation.
Try the following steps:

1. Open the "Printer and Devices" menu
2. right-click you printer and select "Printer properties"
3. Select the tab "Device setting" on the right
4. Click the PDL button and change the emulation to KPDL (= PostScript)
5. Important: In the same dialog click the "Settings" button and deselect the "Passthrough" check button too.
6. In window showing the printer, the emulation should be changed to KPDL now.
7 Retry your printout.

Hi Marcus,

Have done exactly this and no change I'm afraid, still only prints page 1 regardless when I try print all.

Any other ideas please?

Thanks, Jonathan

Check the driver version.
In the device setting tab, there is an "Info..." button on the bottom left side.
It will show you the current installed version of the driver.

The latest version of the KX Driver is 5.3.1025.
