Why do text boxes not display properly (just a blank box) when converting from MS Word (2010) to .pdf (Acrobat X Pro)? Running Win 7 Pro (SP1). In fact the 1st text box displays perfectly - but the 2nd and 3rd identical text boxes don't. Even though 2 & 3 were created by cutting/pasting the 1st
