Where can I download install source for Acrobat 11.0 WIN AOO license IE

We purchased Acrobat 11.0 WIN AOO license IE, we have Software License Certificate with certificate number, end user id, order number, deploy to id, and serial number for WIN.

I downloaded some Acrobat source to install on my pc but the serial number on our certificate can not be used.

I'm not sure this serial number is for which Acrobat version.

please advise me.
