Website not reading Adobe

On my mac computer OSX mountain lion. My adobe reader is up to date. I have an adobe file that is 1307 KB. I am trying to attach a file to an outgoing fax from my Nextiva Fax account on url https://fax.nextiva.com

We have done all the trouble shooting possible. But when I try to add this file to an outbound fax I get the error "Error uploading file, Request aborted". Please help.

A "connectivity" issue. The problem is not with Acrobat or Adobe Reader. Rather it is associated with something between your computer and the service's server.

Maybe the software that lets your computer connect to the internet. Maybe something with the "lines" between you and the services. Maybe something with your ISP. Maybe something with the service.

Be well...

I completely agree with David. Here are a few more thoughts: A 1307KB file PDF file is a small file, so the file size should not be a problem. Can you upload other PDF files successfully to the service? Is there any application that is open and accessing the same file? If so, you may want to close that application so that nothing else can have a lock on the file.
