Answers / Acrobat Reader
Since I installed Reader XI and Acrobat Pro XI on my Macbook Pro, I have been unable to download, view or open any PDFs from product web sites that I need to do my job. I click on the download button on a catalog site and the name of the file shows up in the reader window but nothing comes up and nothing is stored in my download folder. Is there a bug in XI or do I have some settings wrong?

Maybe the web browser is downloading the PDF for read through the browser PDF plug-in. Try right-click on the link and "download file" (or similar command).
