TEXT LABEL WILL NOT DISPLAY ON BUTTON

From the Tools menu, using an Interactive Object in a PDF file, when adding a Button, the text entered in the name field under button properties will not display on the page. I have changed the Border, Fill and Text colors several times. The border is the only thing displayed on the page.
Choosing Select Object from the Interactive Menu will then display the text for edit.
Is there an answer to display the Button Label on the page?

The field name is NOT the same as its label. To set the latter go to its Properties, Options tab and you'll see the Label field there.
