I assume you are using a simplified field notation. Your field names can't start with a number (1MortFMV1_1) or you will get an error.

The error message tells you what the JavaScript parser is expecting: It things that there should be a ";" before a certain statement. It will also give you a line number. Oftentimes, the error is in the line just before that line, but it can be on any of the previous lines - depending on where you added an extra character, or left something out. Without seeing the source code, it's impossible to say what exactly is triggering this error.
