Sending a file to Document Cloud

When attempting to send a PDF file to the Document Cloud, a dialogue box says "An error occurred while trying to access the service". This has happened consistently for the past month? Have I exceeded my storage limit and if so, how do I acquire more?

It has been a while since I've seen anything published by Adobe vis-à-vis the amount of storage available at Acrobat Document Cloud. The value I saw was 5GB. Unlike Creative Cloud there does not appear to be any "increase space for a fee" feature. I suspect you'll want to look close at what you have in the Document Cloud and start pruning....
