When I go to the Fidelity webside and open a PDF file I can only open the first document. After I close the 1st document and try to open a 2nd document, all I get is a black screen. I have to log off and come back in to see the 2nd document. It's almost like something is blocking my access. This just started recently, I never had this problem before. Has anyone else run into this? Fidelity tells me they haven't heard of anyone else having this difficulty. Thank you.

Hi William,What browser? Try a different browser and see if the same thing happens. Each browser has its own PDF viewer and unfortunately not all are the same and not all web site managers test on all browsers.Hope this helps,DimitriWindJack Solutionswww.pdfscripting.comwww.windjack.com
Thanks Dimitri. I'm using Windows Explorer (always have) and have never had this problem before. It's almost like something downloaded on my pc and it's blocking my access. Thanks, Bill
