JSO SaveAs Method when file already exists

I'm attempting to use the SaveAs method for a JSO object, but there's a possibility the file I'm attempting to SaveAs already exists. In this case, I want to merge the existing .pdf with the .pdf I'm attempting to write. I understand I need to use the InsertPages method, but I'm having trouble getting this together.

This is urgent and any help would be greatly appreciated.
