JAVA POI and PDF forms style

Our software engineers are using JAVA POI to create PDF files. We encountered a strange problem with the form checkbox style. It is cross instead of check(tick). Anybody has encountered similar problem before and happened to know the solution？ Thanks a lot. - Janet

The check box field has a property of check box style that can have one of several options. Your programmer should be able to specify this at the time of creation of the form field or run a simple JavaScript to change this property.
