Interactive PDF rollover issue on Acrobat Reader X

The Adobe In-Design output of an interactive PDF seem to loose the mouse over rollover functionality on the recent version of the Acrobat Reader X - Worked perfectly on previous version of Acrobat readers.

The mouseover which we have implemented works when pointing the mouse cursor over the reference point to reveal some text and an arrow. Currently the mouseover data are only visible when the mouse left key is depressed on the corresponding point.

Hope someone can help with this issue or advice on a workaround to enable the mouseover roll – overs.

This is a bug in the latest version of Reader, a patch is available here:
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/922/cpsid_92...

This will be fixed in the next update of Reader/Acrobat (expected next week)

Open the PDF in Acobat Pro, Switch to the Select Object tool, Navigate to the page and field where you have the defective effect, Open the properties dialog for the field, Check whether the rollover is assigned to the MouseEnter event, or to the MouseUp event.

It is possible (educated guess) that this action may already heal the document.

Hope this can help.

Installing the patch definitely resolves the issue, just tested it. Thank you very much Abhigyan.
