IE11, Adobe Acrobat DC. "Could not access Acrobat's Web Capture Facility"

I have Internet Explorer 11, and recently purchase Adobe Acrobat DC. One of the reason I bought DC is that I had consistently had problems creating PDFs from IE. Both printing webpages, and creating PDFs, generated blank pages with only the basic text in the top and bottom margins. Now when I try to generate a PDF from a web page, I am getting an error that reads "Could not access Acrobat Web Capture Facility." I have tried uninstalling Adobe Reader, reinstalling Adobe Reader, running the Repair utility within Acrobat, and reading many web pages like this one. No solution has been found. Please help.

Are you running multiple version of Acrobat/Reader on your system? This can sometimes create issues with the web capture capability.

If you have Adobe Acrobat DC you don't need the free Adobe Reader to view PDF's. Try to uninstall Adobe Reader and verify if you have more than one Acrobat installation on your system, by going to Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features
