I cannot print collate on XI with HP OfficeJet 8600

When I select print, there is no option to select collate. If I'm in Word, Excel, etc or making copies-I am able to collate. Only when I'm using Adobe is collate not an option.

I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI Version 11.0.14

Acrobat comes with it's own print dialog, but you can still get to the printer's own dialog. On Mac OS, click on the "Printer" button, and on Windows, click on the "Properties" button to get to your printer specific settings.
