I have a paid account to convert PDF to Word. It's not working. Every time I sign in it says that an error ocurred and I can't acces the service. I'm using Windows xp and Windows internet explorer. This situation has happened frequently during the last week. I'm paying for a service that I can't use!! Help me!!
