I noticed that your stamp had the signature of Fitzgerald but the comment panel says it was applied by Tony Deyoun

Is there a way to restrict stamp editing? We want to use digital stamps to sign interoffice documents. But we want to make sure that the stamp always uses the sign on ID of the person who affixes it. Stamps do this by default but then can be edited after creation. A right click event allows the user to change the identity of the stamp and sign as their supervisor if they wish. We want to disable stamp editing. I use LiveCycle to make my forms. Is there a script I can build into the form to disable right click events in Adobe Reader?

You can't control this behavior with a script, and dynamic XFA forms do not allow commenting.

Digital signatures are the best approach for this.
