I cannot download my pay statement at www .adp. com

I have been trying to download my pay statement from ADP portal and it stated that I need Adobe reader version 6.0.2 or higher.

I have reloaded Adobe Reader and did the quick fix and I still cannot download the pay statement.

Which browser are you using? Some browser come with their own PDF viewer, and you have to disable it first in order for Adobe Reader to display PDF field.
