Just in case it's not clear, the correct spelling is "Adobe". You should be able to see what subscriptions you have by going to your "Products and Plans" page: https://accounts.adobe.com/plans#
After you log in with your Adobe ID, you should be able to see all your subscriptions. If you cannot cancel a subscription directly from that page, you will have to get in touch with Adobe's support: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html (don't use any of the "Forum" options, otherwise you will end up here again)
