I have Acrobat DC. I made many hyperlinks in the PDF. The next day, it won't link to them. Why?

I don't understand why they won't open the next day after all working properly.

Are the links still there? When you select the link tool (Add/Edit Link), you should be able to see all existing links as well. When you right-click on one and bring up the properties. Is the link target still correct?

If you are linking to a file on your computer, and then you move the PDF file, but not the linked file, the link will break.

Is there a way to get them back, without having to relinking them and then possibly losing them again? Many thanks to an upcoming answer!
