I get AcroRd32.exe Bad Image

I get error AcroRd32.exe - Bad Image every time I try to open a PDF. I'll put the entire message. Please help - this is very annoying and I can't open any PDF on my computer.

C:\\Windows\WinSxS\x86_microsoft.vc90.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_9.0.30729.4148_none_
5090ab56bcba71c2\MSVCP90.dll is either not designed to run on Window or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall all Adobe programs twice. No luck : (

The file is is referencing in this error message is not part of Acrobat or Reader, it's part of your Windows installation. Something must have gotten corrupted in your operating system. So, re-installing Adobe Reader will not help, you need to fix the operating system.
