How do you add the initials?
In general, you can add multiple signatures by adding multiple signature fields to the document. You just have to make sure that you are not locking (or marking as read-only) the fields that have to remain editable with any of the signatures. This can be done by opening the properties of the signature field, then go to the "Signed" tab and make sure that only fields that should be locked by this particular signature are getting locked:
