How to mass update pricing in Acrobat Catalog

When you say "Acrobat Catalog", I assume you mean a catalog in the form of a PDF file. Unless the pricing data was stored as form fields, there is no easy way to update the data in the file.

Do you know if your catalog is a static PDF file, or does it contain form fields?

You can open it in Adobe Acrobat and then select Tools>Forms>Edit - if you see any form fields where your price data is, then you are in luck. If you don't see any form fields, then you will have to use the same process that was used to generate the old version of the catalog. I assume you were not involved with that project. Is there anybody around you can ask how the old version was generated?
