How do you keep hyperlinks embedded when converting to .pdf from MAC word?

MAC does not use the solution that is on the boards to get the hyperlinks in conversions from word to .pdf format. We need a solution because it is causing major problems to create a document with hyperlinks using MAC Office to .pdf

Have you used the PDF converter on the "Acrobat" tab in Word?

What version a Acrobat and Mac OS are you using?

I have a similar problem and very disappointed that no solution can be found where you can simply (like in Windows: file>saveas>pdf) and maintain web links in the document.
