How to delete the same text on each page (it is not a header / footer)?

I have to remove some text from a pdf file.
Unfortunately the text is at the same position of each page of about 1500 pages.
The manually work is:
- select text or select textbox ("making a frame with the mouse over the textbox / the textboxes")
- delete (press button DEL)
- next page .....

Is it possible to "search and delete" over the hole pdf file?
Or is it possible to "make a frame with the mouse" and delete all what has been selected (including what would be selected on the other pages)?

This is an ideal case for the Redaction tools in Acrobat Pro.

You can search for a specific text, and in the first step it will be marked. Then you can apply the redaction with the according parameters (make it white where the text was), and the text gets properly and irrecoverably removed from the document.

For high performance applications, you might also look at the industry standard for Redaction: Redax by Appligent.

Hope this can help.

Actually, if the text is in the same position on each page, you don't have to use the search feature to identify your redaction marks, you can just add the mark to the first page, then right-click on the mark, select Properties and set the "Redact area fill color" to your page background color (e.g. white). Then right-click on the redaction mark again and select to "Repeat mark across pages". You can then select which pages to copy the mark to. After you are done with that, make sure to apply your redaction selections.

I found the fuction, but for my task it will not work.

I have to put other text instead off the former text, but formatted on an other way and it will be a longer text.

I planned to insert the new text using the background function, but the redaction disturb.

If the white rectangles interfere with your background function, try to use a watermark and place the watermark over the page content.
