How do I print or download the bookmark listing from a document?

Adobe Acrobat XI Pro - I have a document with a useless set of bookmarks as many have the same "Title" - so I would like to at least get a list of them in a spreadsheet or document in order to provide a clarifying note (particular document is 1700 pages long with 180 bookmarks, over 90 with the same designation. I need to export this list to something I can work with while analyzing the document.

I've develoepd a tool that can create a summary of the bookmarks in a file, either in PDF or plain-text format, with the option to include the page numbers they point to as well. Have a look here: Acrobat -- Export Bookmarks Structure (to PDF/TXT), including page numbers

PDF page content can be exported. However Bookmarks are not PDF page content and are not exported. A PDF's Bookmarks can be exported via a script. Some of the PDF Developers that participate here have such available.
.
Alternatively if you have Acrobat X Pro you can create an Action to create a PDF have as content the Bookmarks from the source PDF.
.
See:

.
As well, a Bing / Google query will provide leads to other options.
.
Be well...
