You can restrict printing permissions for your file by following these steps:
.Open your file, and choose File > Properties, or CTRL + D on Windows, or COMMAND + D on Mac to open the Document Properties dialog box. Click the Security tab.
.Click the Security Method drop-down arrow and choose Password Security to open the Settings dialog box.
.Click the Restrict editing and printing of the document.
.Type a password into the File Attachment Open Password field. You'll see the strength of your password show in the colored bars.
.Click OK, type the confirmation for your password, then click OK again to return to the document.
.Save the file. You'll see (SECURE) added to the end of the document's name.
