How do I specify a page range when performing the recognize text function?

Is there a way to specify a page range when performing the recognize text function in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC? I have pdfs that are thousands of pages and only need to recognize text in a few pages.
So far, I have created a custom "Recognize Text using OCR" command, but the only options I get are "Document Language", "Output", and "Downsample To".
