How to I export a list of my bookmarks to an excel spreadsheet?

I have a PDF library and each scan is bookmarked. I'm trying to put these bookmarks into a database, so I would like to be able to export the bookmark text (the titles of the bookmarks) onto a spreadsheet, to speed up the process.

If you have Acrobat X, you can use this Action from the Actions Exchange here-

Just to comment that, on the same page https://acrobatusers.com/actions-exch..., you also have the option Acrobat XI so that you get a compatible version for Acrobat XI.
