Awesome!!!! So since you said " buried in the configuration of the printer's driver" I went to the printers settings and under the other tab I unchecked Remove white backgroun & Excel Job Control.

and I no longer get that pop-up.

Thank you so much for your expertise. ;)

Are you creating a PDF from Excel?
Or, are you printing an existing PDF via an attached printer to get content on paper?

Ok, thank you for the follow up information.
.
So, you have a PDF file open with Adobe Reader or Acrobat. You want to print the PDF content to paper.
.
When you direct Adobe Reader/Acrobat to print to the attached printer you are passing command and control to the attached printer's drivers.
.

From your description of what is in the pop-up it appears that the issue comes from something buried in the configuration of the printer's driver.
