Disappearing in hidden layers and inactive calculation templates

I have a PDF with hidden pages.
 
 
It works as follows:
 
 
In a page I have ticked boxes, I have a form validation button. when I click on the button and the total of these boxes is 21, then a page (hidden template) is created.
 
In this new page the principle is the same to create a third page
 
 
Here are my concerns.
When I hide a template and it appears with the principle above, all layers have disappeared.
in this new page, in addition to the layers, I have a total field that is no longer the calculation that asked him.
 
 
By trial and when all pages are displayed, everything works well, it is only masking / templates display
 
 
if anyone knows or ever had this, I'm interested in all information.

Layers are part of the page object.

Templates are a page with some special settings. It is possible to hide/show templates, generate new pages from a template, and overlay new page content over an existing page. Templates should also be able to support layers.

If you are trying to show/hide items with calculations you also need to control the execution of the calculations so they do not run when hidden.

Hellothank you for your response. For the calculation I believe I have found the solution, when the page appears (template) all my fields are renamed, so in calculating the fields are no longer recognized. For against all my slaps that were created under indesign disappear. What is annoying because half my action is based on these layers.
