Can they save the filled in form to their computer?
-Depends. If they have Reader XI then yes. If they have an earlier version then only if you apply certain rights to the file first.
From the website they open the PDF form and fill it in can they still save it to their computer?
-Yes. The file is always saved to the computer when you view it.
If the answer to the above question is yes,,at least what version of Adobe Reader do they have to have in order to save a filled in form.
-See above.
Can the form be filled in via a MAC.
-Yes, assuming Adobe Reader is used.
If they fill it in via the website can I use the SEND form option for anytype of ISP provider?,,,ie GMAIL AOL
-Gmail and AOL are not the same kind of thing. The former is a web-based service and the latter an ISP.
Most local email clients that are connected to an ISP address should work, and many of the large web-based ones (Gmail, Hotmatil, etc.) are supported as well, especially in the later versions of Reader.
