Create carbon copy pages

Is there a way in Acrobat Pro 8 to create a carbon copy of a page when printed. For example, I have a one page form and would like the same data to print on pages 2 and 3, with the word Original on the bottom of page 1, Customer Copy on the bottom of page 2, and File copy on the bottom of page 3.
