Yes, after creating your first bookmark Agenda, add your 2nd bookmark as normal, then click the bookmark symbol (on the left) of the bookmark that you want to nest , then drag it to underneath the the text of the agenda bookmark till you see an arrow directly underneath the word agenda. Then if you want to add more bookmarks inside Agenda, select Agenda before you click create bookmark.
