Cannot download font packs correctly for Acrobat X.

Cannot read a pdf file because a font pack needs to be installed. Clicking OK does not open a browser window to download the appropriate font package. A colleague can see the entire pdf using Acrobat 9. My Acrobat X only shows 2 out of 20 pages.
