Adobe Acrobat 11.0.10 - Review comments not visible
After sending a document for a shared review on a SharePoint server, I am unable to view the comments thereafter. In the Tracker, the comments show as 0 received.
The comments are visible to my colleagues. I was also able to see the comments for a short time after reinstalling the product.
The only differences I can ascertain are:
- I am using Windows 8.1, whereas my colleagues are using Windows 7 or Windows 8
- I log onto my machine as a local user, whereas my colleagues log on as domain users
Any guidance would be much appreciated, please.
