Acrobat only converts first page of webpage in Internet Explorer

How come when I attempt to convert a webpage to a PDF in Internet Explorer, it only converts the first page? Some websites it will convert the whole website by creating a multipage PDF document. But for other websites, it only converts part of the webpage by creating a one page pdf document.

You can specify Acrobat to capture multiple levels of a website.
Go to File->Create -> Pdf from Webpage
In the dialog "Create pdf from Webpages" select Capture Multiple levels
Now you can specify the numbers of levels you wish to convert to pdf.
