Acrobat PDFMaker - Mail Merge; Specifiy PDF file name - include field from merge?

I'm in love with the Merge to Adobe BDF button on the Mailing ribbon of MS Word 2007. The only thing that would make it better is if, instead of specifying a "static" PDF file name I could include one of the merge fields from the document.

So instead of a PDF file name that is STATIC_TEXT### it could be STATIC_TEXT - {Mergefield LastName} (with or without #### to make each unique.

AFAIK, it's not possible to do that using the built-in Mail Merge functionality of the PDF Maker plugin.

However, it is possible using this Mail Merge tool I've developed for Acrobat: Acrobat -- Mail Merge and Email
An additional feature of my script is that you can create a customized email message and automatically use an email address field in your file (if you have one), to mail the generated copies to the recipients.
