set the default substitution font in acrobat XI

When an embedded font is not on my system, Acrobat defaults to Minion Pro. How do I set the default font to Helvetica or another font?

I am not aware of anyway to change the default fonts. The default fonts are based on a heuristic of what's being looked for vs. what you have available.
