We have adobe reader 6.0 on our windows xp pc. When we try to load a newer version we get CERITIFICATE AUTHENTICATION FAILED. How do we fix this and get Adobe 8, 9 or even 10 installed.

You would have to go and remove the digital certificate within the browser you are using and then try download it that way. The reason is that usually something goes wrong with the Certificate and it is either revoke or damage in some way.you can also use the offline installer by going here.http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
