I downloaded a form that the source says is fillable. How do I use Adobe XI to enter data in the fields? When I open it with Adobe Reader XI, I click in fields but it doesn't open for text.

Make sure your preferences for Documents in your copy of of Acrobat XI for reading PDF/A mode is set to "Never".
