How do you create a writable/SAVABLE PDF in Acrobat X for Mac? I have created a writable form, however, I need the form to be SAVABLE once the form has been filled out.

Do you mean in Adobe Reader? All you need to do is go FIle – Save as – Reader Extended PDF – Enable Additional Features. This will allow Adobe reader users to fill in and save the form.Hope this helps?
Addendum: You must have Acrobat Pro to do that.
