How do I flatten a pdf document
Mildred Jaggard 487 days ago
If you have Acrobat Pro, you can do it from the preflight window, under the fix up section. If you type 'Flatten' in the search box, the fixup to flatten the document will appear in the list.Hope this helps?
In Acrobat Pro (maybe also Standard), you can open the Console (<Ctrl><J> or <Cmd><J>) and then execute the following line of code:this.flattenPages() ;And that does it.You might also create a tool entry (or menu item) which executes that code.Hope this can help.Max Wyss.
